The introduction covers the Ballet Basics including: The five positions; ballet terminology; basic movements (6 mins 30 secs). The workout consists of an aerobic warm up (apporoximately 7 minutes), toning exercises at the barre (approximately 34 minutes), resistance training section in the centre using hand weights (approximately 5 minutes), conditioning exercises on the floor and final stretch and cool down sequence (approximately 15 minutes).
