This is the full one hour and twenty minute workout taken from the BarreConcept Supreme Conditioning DVD and is suitable for intermediate students. The workout consists of Warm Up, Barre Section, Floor Section and Cool Down Stretch Section.
The brand new addition to the BarreConcept DVD series sees creator, Emma Newham, put you through your paces with different choreography that provides for an exciting and challenging routine. Following the traditional format of Warm Up, Barre Section, Strength Training on the Floor and Cool Down Stretch Section, this DVD adds props such as balls, yoga straps and Pilates rings for extra resistance.
